At Eternal Roots, we source responsibly from Fiji, Vanuatu and Tonga, serve recommended amounts, and train every kavatender to guide first-timers. We are happy to answer any question before you order. Your comfort comes first.
Is this right for me if I do not drink?
Absolutely. This place was built for you. Our entire menu is alcohol-free. Whether you stopped drinking, never started, or just want a great night out without the morning aftermath, Eternal Roots gives you exactly that.
What happens when I walk in for the first time?
Walk in, find a seat, and one of our kavatenders will come to you. They will explain the menu, walk you through what kava is and how it works, and help you pick your first drink. No pressure to know anything before you arrive. First-timers are our favorite guests.
How quickly will I feel at home?
Most guests say they felt welcome within the first 10 minutes. The space is warm, the regulars here are genuinely friendly, and the staff is trained to make sure no one sits alone for long. By your second visit, the team will likely remember your order.

Kava and Company does kava. Eternal Roots does everything else too. Full craft mocktail menu. Colombian family farm coffee. Weekly live events. A purpose-built lounge atmosphere, not a coffee shop that added kava. We are in a different category entirely.

What exactly is kava?
Kava is a root from the Pacific Islands, used for thousands of years in ceremonies and social gatherings across Fiji, Tonga and Vanuatu. It is prepared by grinding the root and mixing it with water. It tastes earthy with a slight lip tingle, and it is unlike anything else you have tried. Ask us to walk you through it.
